
New Menu Selections at Ladera Grill
Effective July 3, we've made some changes to both our lunch and dinner menu items. In essence, we've added items at both meals.
For the Lunch menu, we've added two new entree salads, the Seared Ahi Tuna Salad ($15), which uses Sashimi #1 Grade Yellowfin Tuna, seared and dusted with sesame seeds, served with teriyaki soy sauce, oriental vegetable salad and a rice sushi roll. This salad has quickly become a favorite for both our managers, servers and lunch patrons.
The second entree salad is the Cowboy Steak Salad, with lots of tender sauteed pieces of USDA Prime Filet Mignon on a bed of crisp romaine and mixed baby lettuces, with blackbeans, fresh corn, onions, tomatoes, cucumbers and garnished with crisp tortilla strips.
Also in the Lunch menu, we've broadened your steak selection to include the Filet Mignon, New York Strip (both regular and petite), and added a 10 ounce Chop Steak.
For the Dinner menu, we've added our more popular burgers and pizzettes, as well as the 22 ounce bone-in ribeye 'Cowboy' Steak.
